Our understanding of the sustainability

Our understanding of the sustainability is to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Our business philosophy is to do what is “good for the community, good for the country and good for the company”. This means that by operating our business that takes into consideration what is good for the local community and the country, this would benefit the company in the long run.

Our business philosophy is rooted in the sustainable development principle of the Triple Bottom Line and the principle of stakeholder engagement. The principle of the Triple Bottom line means that enterprises should define their objectives from three perspectives, namely, economy, environment and society, and enterprises should try to balance the interests of these three aspects. The principle of stakeholder engagement means that enterprises should conduct communications with its stakeholders, identify and respond to their concerns and requests.

To achieve the sustainability, we actively engage with our stakeholders and respond to their concerns, so that we can achieve a balance between economic development on the one hand, and environmental and social responsibility on the other hand.
